Do you take insurance?
We are an out of network provider, which means if you have out of network benefits you may be eligible for partial reimbursement up to 60% by self-submitting your receipt and superbill to your insurance.
How does payment work?
We accept all major credit cards, cash, and flex spending/FSA. Payment is due prior to the date of service. HSA subscribers can submit their receipt to their insurance carrier after their visit for partial to full reimbursement of their session. Receipts and superbills are provided to assist you with your claim.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so prior to 24 hours of your appointment to avoid a $50 cancellation fee. No show appointments or cancellation made with less than 8 hrs of notice are subject to full charge of scheduled service.
